Bookings

A date is confirmed only after a signed agreement and the agreed retainer are received. Until then, dates remain open to other couples.

The coverage, team size, number of events and deliverables are those stated in your written collection agreement.

Coverage on the day

We plan coverage around the schedule shared with us. Significant changes to timings, venues or event count may affect coverage and could involve additional charges, agreed in advance wherever possible.

We ask families and venues to allow our team reasonable access. Where a venue or officiant restricts photography, we will follow their instructions.

Deliverables and timelines

Delivery timelines for previews, full galleries, films and albums are stated in your agreement. Delays caused by factors outside our control will be communicated promptly.

Final selections are curated and edited by us. Raw or unedited files are not delivered.

Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness or circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We maintain backup equipment and backup team members to minimise such risk.
