Cancellation Policy

Retainer

The booking retainer reserves your date and covers the work of turning away other enquiries for it. The retainer amount and its treatment on cancellation are set out in your agreement.

Cancellation by the client

Please inform us in writing as early as possible. Amounts already paid towards work completed — planning, pre-wedding sessions, editing in progress — are not refundable.

Specific refund slabs based on notice period will be confirmed in your booking agreement.

Postponement

If your wedding is postponed, we will do our best to transfer your booking to the new date at no extra charge, subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable, we will help you find a suitable alternative arrangement.

Cancellation by the studio

In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond our control, we will arrange a qualified replacement team wherever possible, or refund amounts paid for services not delivered.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, restrictions on gatherings or civil disruption. In such cases we will work together in good faith towards a fair resolution.
